I live in germany and i tried booking via Yatra last year for a local indian travel. In the website there was an offer for 50% return of money on kingfisher airlines ( from Bangalore to Hubli ). I tried booking online but eventually it could complete only with a long call with the reps. They mentioned that the money will be returned to my credit card ( 50% return money) only after i complete my travel. I did complete travel but never got that money back on my credit card. Since the amount was not significant, i did not bother to spend money on long distance call again.
Bottom line is, this site is not trustworthy ( at least for me! )
