There is no specific weight lose program!
These are all scams to give false hope to obese people that they can quit anytime they want and with little or no effort.
You can say that many obese people continue to be obese because they think there is convenient cure waiting for them when they decide they don't want to be obese!
This leads to obese people being obese and never wanting not to be obese!!
