multitasking
by Sudhakar Alur on Apr 22, 2010 02:06 PM

Few years down the lane specialization in work or tasks was not such rampant. Multitasking was a necessity.

After specialization reaching its zenith now there is talk of multitasking. Especially, the downsizing, retrenchment etc., that happened in the recessionary period brought the word multitasking to the forefront.

The old timers were be benefactors of it as it came to them by birth. The youngsters are finding it difficult.

But the time cycle is again taking a reverse trend and needs multitasking.

by manoj kumar on Apr 15, 2010 01:23 AM

But tirdness will not hold you back or cause stress in your body. if you learn some meditation technique. even simple breathing technique are very helpful. Most important is keep ego in check. All ego based thinking cause massive damage to our health. cause stress, diseas. In west they train a lot since childhood to develop humility. in india its always an ego maniac society and thats what we are trained since childhood. thats why so much violance. Spiritual growth help u be aware of ego, and thats biggest releif from stress. It takes a lot of practice.

stress and relook into the matter
by Sudhakar Alur on Apr 14, 2010 04:16 PM

From the day of conception to the day of grave human being is exposed to various factors of life like learning, relationships, earning, competing, love, hate etc and etc.

Therefore, let us not view stress as an alien factor in life. Without necessity there is no stress and without stress there is no development. Therefore, it is prudent to view stress as your friend and treat it friendly so that it helps in getting rid of the old one and making room for new kind of stress. Thus life is nothing but tackling the old stress and getting rid of it and inviting news one's.

Have a nice stress.

by timepass on Apr 12, 2010 01:10 PM  | Hide replies

Stress in Indian society is due to mind games in both office and home. At home, wife will mentally blackmail u, at office coworkers and bosses jelous or just cannot tolerate others progress and praise will try ot block u. Where does one go in this situation? I am sure there are 1000s out there who wud agree.
