can any body tell that what is the guarantee that a mail is coming from particular bank is authrised by bank concern.......is my mobile no. is not come under right to privacy under art-21 .........

No your mobile number does not come under privacy rights act, but no one should give out your number or address to any one without first consulting you. IN most cases when you sign up fort services you also sin up for giving out your contact details to others unless you especially specify not to. nextime read the small print. As from the mail from the bank read it by all means but do not response to it by mail. Contact the bank if you are in concern and deal with the bank face to face at the branch.
