I am B.Pharm graduate with 5 year experience in Pharma and Medical device sales. I have changed 3 companies so far to reach here. There is no vertical promotion involved here. I have done part time PG Diploma from Symbiosis and Master certified in Digital Marketing. My salary is 7.2 LPA in hand. But i am not happy at all. I want to do something else. This work seems like a pressure.I don't enjoy it at all. I believe i am made for something that involves strategy and consultation rather than sales. This is a field job and it is very difficult to push my self to go on field every day. Please help me as i have already flushed 5 years of my important life. If i start afresh, salary would be too low and if i continue, i am sure i will never love what i will do.
