Hey it was always evident from her attitude and depth of knowledge..that she will achieve something very great...We both used to walk back from our department at BHU sometimes...hey Antima Di (as we used to call her)...wish u all the very best for your future endeavour...Swati J
My heartiest congratulations to Dr Antima Gupta and her family for making us proud through her achievements.Wishing great success in her future endeavours.
Appreciate the efforts of Dr Anitma Gupta, in her efforts to persue reasearch and drug discovery in Tuberculosis field.
Hope that Dr gupta is aware of the research done and field trials done by National Tuberculosis Institute, Bangalore and other similar institutes in the country wotking on tuberculosis.
ofcource hats of to Dr Antima and her efforts but same time this is a threat to the country if talents always seek foreign soil to make their carriers! How country is going to become super power (just by deeming that NRI`s should invest in their parent country ) or doing lots of ghotala and setting up enquries. In the field of health science we are way behind and our talent are seeking foreign support.Do something our leaders if you really want to become super power.........
The recognition she has got is mere indication of Indian Talent ,most of them remains unexplored and deprived of moral ,financial and technical support to put country way ahead as compared to advanced countries.Today we are lacking research and development facilities and infra structure which can make us capable to develop our own researched new molecule within country so that we can overcome future PATENT fobia in pharmaceutical industry. The talent should remained within the country if country want to become self dependent=our buerocrat and diplomats needs to pay attention and should take necessary action to cultivate more such talent.
