Fundamental wrong assumptions made by people...

The fundamental wrong assumption made by most people is that a heart attack can never happen to me;it can happen to anyone other than me.
The best antidote is to go in for periodic checkup every six months to get regular status updates, so that one cat in time before it is too late. Lastly, it requires a tremendous determination to stay away from rich foods with butter or oil floating at the top, even if your company is paying for the bill.
