D. Goel Pkl,afternoon, 2.20,Pm, 4th November,Wednesday, 2009. The author seems to suggest that if bi-Weekly sexual intercouse is a regular habit with a single Partner or multiple Partners (not made clear )one is in for long life full of creative exercise of happy strivings for welfare of body as well as soul. One may restrictively agree. But oversexy males are always starving for sexual sharing with females of their species and unlike other species Humanids are season free of sexual highs. Here prurient overindulgence on the thoughts of sexual charms creates passionate neglect of other equally important duties of living beings. Our old Hindu-feudals by their debaucheries sapped their will to stay unattacked by predatory antagonists from babaric nations from far and distance and that eventually led to the sale of their adored women as Harlots in central Asia! So sex with power is fine , but lack of Vigour is risky.. D. Goel
We all need to live in reality rather than imagination. Seax is normal as hunger & thirst. The sceince should be used for sex as well and at least read to know if that makes sense, If you feel comfortable, why not and follow the advise. But beware of illogical and illigal activity of any thing including sex by which we all are here.
Even the act of fighting gives rise to adrenaline, endorphines and other hormones in our bodies, does it mean we should go out and do the same?
Ancient knowledge has always realized the importance of keeping semen within the body to extend longevity, intelligence and vitality in males. Each discharge of semen has the potential power to seed millions of eggs. Men should learn to transmute that immense power into their mental, emotion and physical well being. Your search starts now!

Mr/s Sublime. No ancient knowledge has professed keeping sperms within the body. It is quite the contrary. They have always encouraged sexual relations. Look at any ancient book. They have professed different ways to encourage sex among people. Kamasutra is a case in point.

And remember one thing. In case you are comparing sex to physical fights. Sex gives pleasure to all and sundry who practice it willingly, whereas fights give quite the opposite to everybody.
