If we compare what Ms. Kochhar as management thinks about ICICI and how it actually works, it puts a serious consideration about management capabilities and besides it is wrong to call ICICI as a bank as it is a market driven financial business and definitely not banking in any sense.

Congratulations to you by claiming such wonderful career and raising to world fame. But I have met so many ICICI customers who believe that dealing with the bank is like walking on rope way. Your people trace somebody and provide loan claiming to be personal loan but it is actually credit card based loan claiming credit card interest and when the amount crosses some limits one more card is created and even if the customer pays first loan the newly created card holds the debit. No one can come out of your bank records once they enter inside. Your bank looks like you wait for opportunity to finish of a customer by trapping him/her to debt trap by providing mouse traps. One day or other it will come back to you. The bank will be in debt trap one day as the world is circle and it will happen. God always wants people to commit sins and when it crosses some limits he takes action. So many sins have been committed by your bank and also by your agents claiing lives of families with children. You may think that you are not the part of this story, but as a responsible head of the bank the haunting will start sooner or later.

Mam ok we all admire u appreciate your success. But what is the answer you are going to give for the credit card torture given by your DSA and Collection agents. Some people have died because of this. There is no word from your Bank officialy. When you talk about the success of your bank also please answer for your bank's brutal killings......
