customer relation is must

Hats off to the dynamic leader. Anybody can pinpoint the drawback very easily but we need to understand running an industries or bank it is not so easy to bring to number one level. In bank mostly they rely on the customer whether it is any deposit or loan no matter bankers should bank upon the customer they should have very cordial relationship that is more important. I have seen many manager in icici bank but nobody stick on in one branch for longer this will unnecessarily create confusion among the customer because the manager who must have developed good rappo with customer and if suddenly he moves to some other branch he has to study the customer from a to z by the time the customer will not wait and moves to some other bank for his problem. In banking industry bankers must give good service to the customers with out any delay in attending customer query otherwise the purpose of running the bank will be defeated. I have seen one branch manager who is now working as a cluster manager in bangalore by name Mr.Praveen shankar who has got a tremendes amount of exposure and excellent relationship with customer which normally helps the customer to bank on him for any issues. I think the manager should gain the goodwill from the customer then only they can develop the business in all areas.

ICICI Care is bother to answer where they get appreciation, but what about all other comments. Why no reply, as of date see your interest rates for old customer compare with any bank HDFC, SBI etc. you are no where near to them. Totally unethical practices, trapping old customer blood sucking and improving the profitability and trying to find another scape goat. There is no uniform policy is in place, do not talk big things, try to clean the dirty linen which you put as trap. Sridhar looks to be icici care executive

may be you are a failure at ICICI or your thought process is wrong....ICICI is a huge institution and such institutions cannot be so sucessful with all these crooked env as wht you say...every org has some crooked policies and bosses...how you handle those tough nuts is the crux...a strong person will clear all these obstacles and move ahead and failures will just blame others...

I am a channel partner of one of the companies of this group. I am just sharing the plight of the thousands of employees who have been axed not because of their failure but because of the lack in vision of the top management. I agree that out of the figure quoted some of them must me non performers but many were axed because the group closed various departments, branches & even operations in many cities.
