Funds collected from the investors can play a vital role in the development of the nation if such funds are properly invested in such industries where the funds would be judiciously utilised for the pdoductive purposes of such items which are required by the nation for its home consumption or exports/services. If funds are channelised into the hands of influetials which they would use for their own purposes only is a wastage of precious funds contributed by the investors. In such cases it would be better if the funds are utilised by the investors itself for productive purposes. Money must buy man power and the man power must be utilised for agricultural prodctivity purposes so that progress can be achieved. Money in the coffin of Govt is equal to wasting the man power. So we need to utilise the funds by employing the man power. Any amout unutilised amounts to non utilisation of available man power and thereby blocking the progress. Mutual funds therefore have to ensure that the funds collected from the public is invested only in such industries where the funds would be utilised for increasing items/services which are necessary for the nations growth.
