Very rightly said buddy...but I guess just make a note of it as a reminder..No need to exaggarate things...I also like you are an equal proud Indian but here discussion is not for contending who's who or who did what first. Ayurveda pre-dates the traditional Chinese system of medicine by at least half a millennium. Susruta's treatise is of around 2600 BCE, and even describes advanced surgical procedures. The earliest date for the simplest Chinese texts are no earlier than 2000 BCE.
Always keep these two vital things in mind - water and soap can reduce the chance of infection by 30-35 percent. All you need to do is keep washing your hand with a good hand wash or soap and water frequently. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand wash when soap and water are not available. Avoid contact of your hands with eyes, nose and mouth.
1. Breakfast 8.00 AM- 6 slice of Bread with Butter / Butter khari. 2. Lunch 1.30 PM - 6 Chapati full of ghee, 2 katori Tur Dal, 2 Katori spicy vegetable, Curd / Raita, Some Achar for taste, Rice, Papad. 3.Tea 5.30 PM - with 6-7 Parle Gluco Buiscuit 4. Dinner 9.30 PM - Khichadi, kadhi with full of ghee, Papad Churi, sweets if any. 5. At 11.00 PM - Seasonal Fruits. 6. Milk in night at 11.45 with kesar, badam, Elaichi. Have sound sleep. Take Drakshasava, Chywanprash and other appetiser. No body will die by eating healthy food. Live life king size and enjoy the life. Those who eat less and are more calory consieus die fast.

It is suggested and proved that food should not be eaten after Sunset. So it is advisable to complete dinner latest by 7 Pm with not more than 2-3 pulkas and plenty of Greens/Salads. Strictly no polished white rice.

Food at any time is allowed. If you wake up at 2.00 am and don't get sleep, just put on your TV and start eating some snacks, busicuits or apple and you would have sound sleep.

If money is a problem, then also you can enjoy eating by Rolling 3-4 Roties with Achar or Chatni. Have some Chana, Parle G, but eat with full of enjoyment without fearing of any oonsequences.

This guy is running a chain of slimming centers. One should schedule taking food according to there day to day movements for the proper digestion or absorption of fat & toning the muscles.

Who says Ghee has Cholestrol? Moreover, even Doctors say there are good cholestrol and Bad Cholestrol. They also say that some cholestrol is required for the Body. So why to worry. Eat whatever you like and enjoy life without any fear.
