Is it mandatory to do a registration of a sub-lease agreement of a commercial property.

Dear sir Iftwo owners are thereof one fmily can one owner give on lease and rent will be colected on joint name & mode of opration of account will bejt is this legal? one owner is not wiilling to sign on leae, as 2nd owner is wife only

How do i licence my Trade Marks and logos? What are the possibility of infringement? If there is an infringment of a licenced trade mark, can a licence holder take criminal/civil action against the infringer? What are its limitations?
