If HR persons are so expert in CV writing and giving interview tips, then why they are rejected many times and are always in list of JOB-SEEKERS ???????
I had a friction with my previous HR manager. Later the issue got compromised. In any case, is it advisable to hide the experience i had with my previous employer?

It depends. If the experience you want to hide is like 3-4 months and you don't want to show it, you can skip it totally and show that as a gap in your employment - rather than make that count as one more jump and give your resume an impression of a frequent 'job hopper'!
the author explanation for "CV or Curriculum Vitae at the top" sounds a bit less reasonable, as newspaper do have a name attached to it, which signifies itself in the category of newspapers or informative periodical. Now if you don write "Cirriculum Vitae" on the top, chances are great that it would lay somewhere in a heap of others documents, and unnoticed, finally ending up going through a paper shredder instead.

Brother, put it in your 'header/footer' and make it visible on all pages.
Let your name show on top in place of CV / Resume...
Moreover the HR people who receive this are not (D)(U)(M)(B) to dump it in a heap of other documents...

Depends on how strong your CV is. If you graduated from a premier institute, worked with highly sought-after companies and if your skillsets are in sync with market demand, you'd never need a preofessional CV writer. But if you have an average or below average CV, a professionally written CV can help you get calls from recruiters who would otherwise ignore your profile

if you have got lots of money even after paying your home loan, car loan , children school fee and other house hold expenses then "YES" otherwise "NO"
The writer has made a very important observation. For that matter HR people don't know much of business - a fact.
HR function is a simple record keeping function like accounts, store keeping, despatch, etc. However, some smarties from HR dept have made it out to be bigger than co. And when HR becomes bigger than co. the real issue take a back seat and internal politics start.
Smart companies always treat HR the way they deserve and they grow. Others stragnate and die a slow death.
Fail to understand the CV or Curriculum Vitae at the top. It is not appealing far a layman. If a peron is directly apprlying to Co's MD,VP,RM,etc then how he comes to know what you want to do.
