While we don't see North or South Italian mentioned for the pizza recipe, we find "South Indian" and "Bengali" mentioned for the Indian recipes. Why?? Also, assuming the editor wanted to be more specific about the origin of the Indian recipes, why is the tomato chutney not specified as "North Indian" on the same lines??

Why are u so region Biased Dear.Every region of India has its unique flavour of Food & probably thats why Editor was specific about it.....
