Usually it is the fault of the Top Mangement

who fail to see problems in the organization.

ANYWHERE you see a smart fair top management, you will find merit, and good organization in place.

IF, top management is stup1d or unfair, invariably, a bad environment will prevail.

ego problems

Many collleagues hold there position so tightly that they are not ready at all to co-operate in any situation which results into stress. Its a strict ego problem. Gossiping of personal or official matters is also a problem. Gossipers tend to contaminate the work environment.

These should be dealt with:

1. Using office phone continuously for personal work.
2. Discussing personal matters on phone all day.
3. Showing no interest in work, but constantly suck1ng up to the b0_ss.

Yes, it is very very disturbing if one is got annoying neighbour at office. One cannot concentrate on work, specially if there is a talkative operator next to you, they dont bother about the environment. At times they politicaly use your kindness and then dont repay back when you require it. They are self fish always in all matters.

Boss harassing Secretaries
by r v fredericks on Oct 23, 2009 03:33 PM  | Hide replies

We can tolerate the noise in the Office, but cannot tolerate the boss harassing secretary for sex. I worked for 15 years in an organisation as Secretary and a new boss who is an Executive Director (S&M) joined our organisation and within a year year had sex with me, ruined my life and transferred me to factory. He is now having good time with another lady in the same office. I have emails proof for his misbehaviour. Will you take some action in this regard.

Ah.. you had s..x with him, expecting career benefit and got dumped. You acted like a pros.. and are angry only because you didn't get the benefit you expected. You have no moral values and deserve the treatment you got. Now try to do the same with your factory manager!

At first, you should have left the job, or made complaint to P.S. with a cc: to him. Then you will see his reaction. Do IT NOW....... with attachments.

Pray to God, and Trust in him, to give you peace of mind.

Common everywhere

This is a common problem one has to face at office with colleagues trying to boss over and prove their supremacy and control over the others. Instead of making work a nice experience, they end up make it as irritating and fussy as possible. Control and Power are addictive and one can drop down to any level when it comes to it.

I think you are a loser!!
What do you mean by control and power??

In most organizations(and i have worked in a lot of them0, work profiles are clearly defined and if you step out of them and try and intrude into someone else's doman, you will be put in your place....most work related tensions between coworkers results cos of these things :

A) A culture wherein lazy people get promoted
B) A culture wherein some people try and usurp credit due to someone else

C) Tresspassing into someone else's domain...

If a work culture avoids these conflicts,i believe work places tend to be gruff and professional with just the odd misunderstanding somewhere...
People generally don't have addiction to power just for the sake of it....if something that is rightfully due is not given and is given to someone who is less deserving, then these ego clashes happen....i work for an organization where people get ahead purely on merit and hard work and in my 7 years of service in this organization, i have never ever witnessed any power or ego struggles among co workers at junior levels!!

You feel satisfied by calling me a loser, so be it. It does not affect me in anyway. I conveyed what i know and what i have seen. If you have not witnessed or experienced in the organisations you have worked for ... then its good!!

bad upbringing, bad work culture and work ethos along with irritating behaviourial traits and scant or no respect to office systems in place and blatant undermining of authority and seniority and loose uncharacteristic gossip is a definite irritant and absolute annoyance at workplace .the management must have an observant eye to either dismiss /suspend such nincompoops asap and at the earliest as it will eventually have a telling effect on overall performance of other office staff if no remedial measures initiated .one must understand that -sab kuch nai chalta hai ---in office atmosphere.taporigiri shud be left to the streets or at home if that is the culture adhered to by the errant staff and perhaps his family too.
