Is investing in Gold is advicable ?

Hi,I am 24 year old girl a research student, I am earning 20K/month as a stipend.Where do u think I should invest this money in ? Till now I have invested only in FD of banks. Should I continue doing that ?

u should go for HDFC Top Fund (Mutual Fund)...u'll get gud returns then FD...

Please do nt pay dowry for your marriage. Yu can save a lot.
Continue with FD and RD. Save around 25% of money in the Mutual funds and 50% of earning in safe schemes.

Start saving atleast 1000 per month in RD. Which is secured & can you utlise for latter need for buying property as down payment.

Sir my age is 28 and my monthly take home is 21000 and i have a total loan of 85k and i have i investments of 3.25 in stock market and 1 lakh in sips of Kotak 30 with monthly sip of 3k from last 1 year and principle large cap of 1000 from last 1 year and jm basivc and mid&small cap,i going to take a term cover from 20 lakh from Aegon Religare term plan. now suggest me whether i should sell some stocks and pay my debt?
