Your passion for 'Service' against such odds is truly mind boggling. I personally feel that your wife deserves far too many appreciations for extending her unflinching support to such a 'husband'. You should be thankful to your creator for being bestowed with such a selfless woman.
Again I see the flimsy attitude of IIM's in trying to define 'passion' and 'service' and foolishly asking for a sustenance models.
Interestingly the foolhardy IIM's have as their sustenance model invariably 'Cheating' the public and gloating over it. And these people try to define every economic activity on a scientific basis assuming things about human behavior, with 'near zero' knowledge of human 'Psychology'.
And 'Success' stories like Mr. & Mrs. Pocha would always baffles this people.

I totally agree with Babu that both Mr & Mrs Poacha need a big round of applause. Hats off to both of you. Like someone has said it in one of the messages, many have the desire to do social service but just a few have the determination and dedication like Mr. Poacha to spend his entire savings and have practically nothing in hand for a social cause. GREAT!!!! Hats off once again.
I think this is one of the great informative articles posted by rediffi once in a year/years. Great job by Mr.Poacha. Information about this IBD should be given in regional languages and electronic media. So that needy people will contact IBD and they can know about the donors in their hometown. Mr. Poacha, great job. Please keep it up. If I want to arrange bumper stickers for IBD whom I have to contact.
