Govt should take more steps to control credit card companies.. all of them trying to "loot" the customer in so many different ways. or nothing much will happen even it bans in India.

A user must restrict himself using crdit for on-line transactions. Also try to remove the CVV no. from the back of your credit card and remember it.

Never Choose HSBC bank.They are the topmost cheaterss They never waive off annual fee. Even payment through Cheque of HSBC bank takes 4-5 days in clearings thereby they charge late fees. Citibank takes 24 hrs for clearings its own cheque.

the best way to use a card is not to use it. use your debit card. i have seen many people whose EMI never end.

Nice Article; Use your card Diligently, many credit card companies always hide the actual terms an conditions while signing the documents. Go through the agreement paper thoroughly before Signing. Happy Diwali

I work in HSBC, credit card section, and I always tell my customers that the most intelligent usage of a credit card is as a pagemark, while reading a book!!
