In ingredients what is 2 cups? if 2 cups are sugar then it is on a very higher side, the way it is prepared it will be more or less Gajar Halwa.

A cup is a US/Canada measurement.
and it s as follows with sugar.
Sugar - Granulated/CasterSuperfine 1Cup =225g or 8oz
Sugar - Brown 1 Cup= 200g or 7oz
Sugar - Icing/confectioners 1 Cup =125g or 5oz

It Is a special cup especially made for measuring and not any Cup
