Try to take that "BS" from your mind first....then you will know how to respect others for whatever they do in their respective fields. Stand in front of the mirror and you will see a standing "BS" right before you.
It seems that Bagchi too much away from relatity. For example, he does not say, even in single place of his books that he and his fellow friends indulge in SLAVE TRADINGin LARGE scale. It is unfortute that even SLAVE traders are well respected in INDIA. Short live person like Bagchi and long live persons like Kalam sir for betterment of India.

With due respect, not exactly true. In fact the example of a professional he gives in the book is about a man in Mumbai who is responsible for burying/cremating unclaimed dead bodies. Bagchi draws a parallel in terms of how the man works unsupervised, and can certify his work completion. He does not glorify or undermine "Slave trading" at all. He takes an objective view towards professionalism.
I fully agree with Mr.Bagchi. one cannot be considered as a professional by merely having a professional degree. One has to very well understand his own capabilities, limitations as well as his objectives. A person becomes professional only by substential experience and with a passage of time doing a similar sort of job repeatedly. For example if you are a driver & you are made to drive the vehicle everyday you will face various odds & problems each day such as being penelised for breaking the signals, great excape from an accident, driving rash on the cojusted place & hitting someone on the road & so on. So ecah day you get a new lesson & you try to improve yourself by knowing your capabilities where you are cababe of controling your speed & where you cannot keeping in mind your objective that you have to reach to your destination safely. So everyday the driver gets a new lesson and formulates a system on his own when to drive fast, when to drive slow & how to control his vehicle. Similarly one becomes professional when he does his job by learning & improving his activities in a more systematic way to achive his objective.
Indians know how to play politics and they are doing it all over the world. I have never seen people who fight among the countrymen itself in organizations abroad like Indians do. when are we going raise above this congested thinking??

Your understanding about the whole issue is pretty limited. This is nothing to do with the dress or how you look or what job you do. Its about how you do your job. In India people are really unemployable because of the disconnection between a degree and common sense! We have a stone-age education system. Barely a mere top 5% of the workforce run this country. Please Read more articles like this and try to understand and discuss with others. Anyway, have fun.
