Nanotech in Wellness - An Opportunity to Help Mankind
by KANE on Oct 12, 2009 01:48 PM

Hi All,
Am into the nanotech space with my entrepreneurial venture. Our business spans nanomaterials & nanobiotech & has applications in wellness, traditional medicine & scalar energy.

Investing millions in nano-research over 16 years has paid off as we hope to reduce healthcare costs of individuals & families to about INR 2,000 [US$ 40] per year, through a process of levearaging knowledge of traditional methods & healthy living.

Anyone interested in knowing more can mail me on NoMoreLayOffs [at] gmail [dot] com. We are looking for wellness partners worldwide to take our venture to the next level & reach out to all of mankind.

Nothing in India in nanotechnology!
by Anil Suri on Oct 08, 2009 06:41 PM  | Hide replies

I am a scientist of Indian origin working in a university in the UK, and I'm surprised by all this silly talk of "careers in nanotechnology". Most universities, including the IITs and IISc, don't have the basic instrumentation necessary to do meaningful nanotechnology research.

DON'T GET FOOLED BY ALL THIS NONSENSE - IF YOU REALLY WISH TO SERVE INDIA, DO A PhD ABROAD, AND COME BACK TO INDIA AFTER 5-6 YEARS.
