by beegeeaar on Oct 14, 2013 08:27 PM

Now a days it is clear to all that pregnancy does not harm a womans career. She can go to her regular work and at the same time the child can be attended too.

Pregnancy gives a woman perfection in her life.A smile of a baby is greater than a ton of money or career. It gives both huband and wife an immense joy for ever.It does not hamper her career, moreover it rejuvenates her in her works and activities.

No, not at all. Pregnancy is like store of energy in a woman that shapes the future of the world. career is not harmed provided her mindset remains normal and positive.

I don't think career of women harm due to pregnancy . But it is social responsibility to form a family with one child at least or U can adopt a child also. Now a days all facility is given to pregnant women before n after pregnancy to deliver child like holidays etc. It is responsibility of both partner men n women

Why?
by VOICE on Aug 17, 2010 12:32 PM  | Hide replies

While pregnancy takes 9 months, our society takes women's whole life. While bearing child is biological, rearing of child being forced on women is completely social. Once you have kids, the responsibility is on both the parents. Picking/dropping kids/cooking, washing, cleaning should not be women's responsibility only when both are working. Its is very cruel and inhuman that the husband comes back at 6 pm and reads newspaper while waiting for his wife to come back and make tea, cook, look after kids, his parents while they sit paralyzed as soon as they are back home.

really!!! i thought one female in an office is clever enough to use its fella in an office with a smile an retreats from various responsibilities underneath the excuse of being female bcoz those jobs are not fit for em.

just like sharapova gets same money as nadal working 60% only per match.

Indians copies everything from west except the rights of humans

Indian women have all rights to grow family as well as in their career too.

Even well designated MNC's bosses mentality does not change much in MNC culture. Either pregnant women will get fired or they have to join office immediately. They hardly get required maternity leave.

a boy or a girl matures to become biological father or mother around 17-18 years.it is a happy event or process. the age also indicates he or she nearer to death by that many years.

one can look at it as half full or half emty. let us take a positive look.

children give us happiness and trouble, joy and disappointment also. let us face whaterver it comes positively and courageously.

pregnancy does never stand in the way of a women's career rather it secures both family life as well as service life. giving birth to a baby is the pleasant moment in a married women's life/career.a pregnant lady should never apprehend any sort of fear rathe she should embress it with precaution & pleasure.

PREGNANCY HARMS A WOMANS CAREER..
by ramamoorthy ramamoorthy on Apr 09, 2010 08:45 PM

It is not acceptable that a working woman is at a loss if she wishes to get children. There are so many women working at the same time looking after their children. Child bearing is not considered as a burden generally by most women and so even if it is a disadvantage to office goers, because of the employment, the family is able to spend an additional sum on the necessities with increased income. So it is unacceptable that pregnancy harms a woman's career.
