I really liked Bhairav's views and clarity. It is one thing to advice and a entirely different ball game to implement; of course later being the tough job. Bhairav brought out a very interesting point "Most start-ups don't know how to strategies for growth. They might be thinking big but most of them don't know how to go about attaining their objectives." and with firsthand experience I would really agree with him. Most startups starched for resources and are so involved in their play that you need someone like Bhairav to come in and help you re-strategize with your best interest in mind.
I really appreciate the objects of Mr BHAIRAV and it is certainly a time when SMB CAN NOT AFFORD FULL TIME CFO which causes stagnation of business if an enterprenaur.I myself was thinking for sterting the same in JAIPUR.
Nexus between CAs and Income Tax Officials, results in Complex Laws being made, so that small companies and individuals can no longer file taxes on their own, but have to rely on middle-men, who will milk them in return.
This discourages entrepreneurship, and further causes poverty and corruption.

While true in certain respects, the complexity of laws enables the people involved to milk the system. The Registrar of Companies is probably the most corrupt part of the system. They are leeches who suck blood in buckets. If the government had the balls to fix it then they would fire everyone there.

It is common to find CAs rejoice every time Tax Laws have more IFs and BUTs added to it.
It makes them feel even more powerful over the common man.
