by govind gadiyar on Nov 20, 2009 05:28 AM

Dear All

It is much better to do it yourself. You earn more and learn more too.

One can always spare a few hours to managing our hard saved money.

very negligible but only if you use popatlal securities.

popatlal securities is owned by a very friendly baniya-marwari cartoon called Popatlal Marwari, who makes his profit on volume of purchases, that is, he doesn't need to cheat you over small change like the rest of his pathetic kind!!

None accept reputation.Hence track record and reputation are important. Sound banks offer PMS which should be prefered.

I have invested through both routes. Returns are better through PMS due to direct buy and sale of selected stocks in client's name. Real test is when markets are declining. Now even 5 lacs are accepted by PMS. This should help a modest income invester--vgp
