What kind of a joke is this? Doon school is egalitarian? And rediff takes this seriously enough? We are supposed to hang on to everything these jokers say?
To publish and interview without identifying the interviewee. Looks like rediff thinks it is more important to identify the interviewer rather than the interviewee.
I may not agree with his view that youngsters are not employable. Yes, they may not be able to speak enlish. But average Indian in much smart compared American or Chinee. I have interacted with so many. I see so much talent in India. It is great tragedy that we don't have proper governance in place. We don't accountability in any govt organization. We hardly have proper business environment. Unless that happens, our youth remain confused and go no where. Every thing will fall in place, if we have good governace for 10 years. No one imagined before that Indians can do Hi-Tech jobs. Now they proved beyond of doubt.
