Let your student not go to IIM
by Amreesh Reddy on Nov 14, 2009 10:40 PM

What different exactly you teach to these students? I personally feel that you should not admit a student in your coaching who after completing the MBA course would be joining some MNC. It will be an insult for your idealism. Better is just let them learn from you and be an entrepreneur directly out from your coaching. You said it - that it MBA is not required to start the own business. Teach them that skill (I am sure you must be charging them a hefty amount to get coached). And let the more deserving candidate be into IIM

You deprived someone else a seat in the IIMs

Deekshant

You are supposed to Manage some business Organization effeciently & effectively. What are you doing helping students get into the IIMs.
With or without your help the best students will be getting into the IIMs. Why are you wasting your skills in helping these students. If you had to guide students, why did you enter IIM-C. You have deprived someone else a seat in the IIM-C.
If you could not utilize the education you got at IIM-C to manage Business Organization, how can you guide others to enter the IIMs.
You have fooled yourself and you are fooling others.
Likes of you have started organizations like TIME, Career Launchers & Career Forum.
You all are a disgrace to the IIMs.
Pick up a challenge and do something worthwhile.
The IIMs will get their batch full without your help.

BigBang,

Who are you to be judgemental about anybody after just reading an article.
I had been a student of roots education and it was different, you said best students will reach their places on their own, boss everybody needs a torch bearer.

He is an enterpreneur. Its not easy to just leave those cushy jobs you can in IIMs and start on your own, trust me its not, its very very difficult.

And dear idiot it is much more difficult to manage a start up then bloody sitting in a plush office and calling shots.

Hope you get some sanity and get an eye for appreciation.

You are correct. Is his coaching center in a remote village in Nagaland or Sikkim? Stupid IIM-an? The day you join IIM you loose your moral values.

He succeeded in his Life ..
by prakhya kumar on Nov 12, 2009 12:37 AM  | Hide replies

Its good to here his success story ..

But i hope he has to go along way .. like may be offering free education to poor and needy ??

[:)] ..

Till now ,what he has done ,has helped him in his personal life .. So ,once he is settled ,i wish he could extend his support to the poor n needy .. [:)] ,like by giving free Education [:)] .. may be iam expecting too much ..

But ,I like his words ..
"You just need to be alert to the external factors and adapt in the best possible manner. Be ready for failure, don't give up when all seems lost. And you are bound to succeed."

His story is inspiring ..

All The Best Siddharth
