dont fall in trap of windows and antivirus companies. They make virus themselves and then spread it. Then they will come with antivirus.

AVG paid version really worked for me and I am using it on 3 computers without any issues.. Norton is the worst I had ever used.. they only know to catch a virus but not to remove it.

norton money minting virus
by sanjay verma on Nov 10, 2009 11:48 PM  | Hide replies

I bought Rs2100/-norton internet security 2009(upgraded to 2010)3 users.Recently in my comp. the norton showed the foll. alert(auto protect detected security rsik w32.imaut".despite repeated scanning ,it wasn't going, hence i contacted the customer care ,who transfered me to technical assitance.after knowing all the problem, he stated that to remove they will charge a fee of AUD$ 199.99 (approx. Rs 8600/-).The fee Rs 8600/- for their own failed product costing Rs.2100/-.It is beyond anyones logic .Fortunately next day the said worm/virus was quarintened automatically.so they were charging me something which was expected from their product.Does any one has anti'money minting akka norton virus'!!!!!
