what is she saying?is she competent to do atleast one job other than sprucing up herself in front of mirror...these people create illusions in the minds of youngsters ..they tend to ignore that subject is everything...these girls are fit only to do some odd pink collar jobs
Wow! Weakness backed by strength, adjectives backed by examples. There are millions of sites u will find in google which says the same thing. secondly, most kids today xpect these questions and made up stories to back their responses. And sweets like you will end up taking them and get screwed eventually... lol.

and ... when some one asks about your weakness he/she REALLY means *WEAKNESS* and not weakness backed by strength !
It is not some time but this is the first question always asked by interviewer, and impressive answer starts the flow of further question from interviewer, but sadly very few people are able to answer this question correctly, even though this is the most obvious question.

just tell him who has recomended you & how did u get in (bigshot/godfather)!!!!
thats it u will be taken in even if they are other talented awaiting outside ... this is what happens in this country(70% cases)

A line about you, education etc. Then describe your expereince ( explain points which are relevant to the job for which you are being interviewd), for example if you have hadled dealer channel and being interview for similar job explain your interests and expereince.
