Get Inner Line Permits from Arunachal Bhawan at Delhi and Calcutta. Take flight till Tezpur. Book a cab (if you are in group) or take a bus. The local hotels can arrange for sightseeing etc. The Tawang Tourist Lodge (run by Arunachal tourism) is the best of lot there. Rest assured, the amount of haggling or cheating (if any) you will face there is not even minute fraction of what you see daily in any big tourist city.
China has no right to dictate India and claim its territory as its own. The Chinese Government should be ashamed of their illegal occupancy of Tibet and a part of Jammu and Kashmir what is known Askai Chin area. The Chinese has also illegally come into agreement with Pakistan Government to occupy a portion of the PoK region.
The Chinese government knows very well that India is equally progressing and might even beat them in the competition. The good relation between India and US and the nuclear deal has made the Chinese government restless as they can see the writing that India will be a big challenge.
The Chinese should learn from the west where The US and the Canada being two giant neighbors share such a cordial relations.

you know what.. this has always and always will work this way.. no rights and duties, good or bad decides who lives. if we wanna stop china overshadowing us, should not blame china.. we should speed up ourselves.. and overtake china..
