I do not agree with Ms.Sangeeta Menon,Even Einstein once asked a question shot back and asked to refer Encyclopedia.His arguement was very simple why should I memorise and keep track of the issues which he is not involved.Why the hell he should know each and every thing even if he has discovered lot of things.The point here is when a guy is doing engg or to that any other course,He is focussed to his studies and curiculum rather than other issue's around him.The syllabus itself is so vast that taking part in other not only affects studies but also time.
In india, Corporate mangement means only interest of Boss and His family members. There is no standards and rules of the organisation. Those who worked the interest of the M.D or boss by way of " CHAMCHA " we may have job. Don't tell Rules and Act of the Goverment to boss. if we tell any thing , we will loose job. This is my personal experance in mr life.

I AGREE WITH PRATAPA, DONT TELL TRUTH EVEN IF IT IS REQUIRED, WHATEVER BOSS TELLS IT IS TRUE THAT,S THE FACT ONE HAS TO COPE WITH. THIS SORT OF SITUATION ARISES SINCEEVERY BOSS IS PUT ON SEAT ONLY DUE TO EDU QUALIFICATIONS NOT ON HIS/HER MANAGING SKILLS OR ATTITUDE
