Hi..you should reveal the name of the employer. By this u would only be doing a service to others by cautioning others before joining the company. It is ur right to speak out against any injustice...
Hey guy, first thing is ...you should have disclosed that employer, second u should have slapped him there itself, any how next time be careful about this cunning, selfish employers.

You should definitely disclose the employer's identity. They lack humanity. The biggest surpirse is that they haven't even allowed you to claim insurance, for which they have already paid premium, and they don't lose anything. But why did you not go for cashless treatment instead of arranging loan!!! That would have avoided all these issues.

Company will file defamation case and will go all out to take revenge no matter the cost. It is Employers' general attitude.
I am really sorry to note your condition but I am totally disagreeing to your silence in not disclosing the company name (which you say for obvious reason). Now that the Company has shown the door, why you cannot disclose. By not disclosing the name of the company, you are doing biggest mistake by allowing new entrants to the Company plus the existing employees to suffer the same situation of what you are facing now.
My sincere advise to you is that have faith in GOD and I pray for your recovery from your health problem and get a better job than the one which you are now. My advise is also that you make public the name of the Company who is torturing the staff and name of the boss under whom you are working so that even if the Management is right and the boss is wrong, then the management could take serious action against the boss.

What type on work did this white collar jobbed giy do that affected his spinal cord. Maybe Carrying too many weights everyday from one place to another daily like a coolie!! or was he abused physically everyday so that his body got affected?? More Clarity Pls
