Employees are THE CORE strength
by Devesh Gupta on May 06, 2009 05:09 PM

Firstly Rahul and his team of friends need to be congratulated for dreaming to start a venture and then seeing that it grows. It does take time and requires lots of patience and lot of meticulous job execution.

As an HR Consultant, I fully endorse and agree that one looks at things from a long-term perspective, don't be impatient, especially with your employees. They are an important resource, so do invest in their training. An empowered and well educated employee does n ot leave a good employer just for salary.

All the best to Rahul once again and wish him and his team to achieve manyfold growth in their business.
