Hello Doctor, I m 29 yrs old and have grade 1 Varicocele.My sperm count came around 1 million among which very leat % are active/motile. We are anxious to get a baby. We have consulted a doctor and he suggested for bilateral microsurgery varicocelectomy. 1.I would like to know if surgery is the only cure or it can be cured without it. 2. If only surgery is the option,what is the approx cost of it. 3.What are the chances that it will increase sperm count?What % of sperm count will it increase.can it come to normal. 3. What would be the side effects/complications post surgery. 4. Suggest any good hospital or good doctors in hyderabad.
