Thats the truth, the ugly truth for that matter. Does not mean that ugly women dont have a chance at all. After all we see, in India especially, that most women do not go for styling in beauty parlours. That can do wonders. Instead, we see lot of plain janes, in their salwar kameezes and stupid locks of hair. We men are that way. No sense trying to hoodwink this fact. If you are ugly or think you are ugly, its not your fault. But a pair of sexy attractive clothes and styling your hair can get you your man. Intelligence will get you good conversations only, attractiveness will get you whatever you want, even marriage.

This poll is wrong on so many levels. I am a guy. The actual result of the poll should be.
a. Men prefer pretty women. b. Men prefer intelligent women.
The pollster seems to have prejudices. There are pretty and intelligent women. There are also ugly and dumb women.
Also, every guy i know prefer a girl who is intelligent but average looking (not ugly). They like to hit on girls who are pretty bimbos for fun, but never for a serious commitment.
Plus, if the wife is a bimbo, the children are likely to follow. Who wants to mess up their gene pool?

I didn't know when I was young but, theory of relativity holds true every where. Hey, if you got a pretty bimbo, enjoy dude. If you didn't enjoy the virtual reality, why do you think they make masala movies with very pretty heroines? Which are very much legal, safe and which keep people active :)?
As for gene pool, Internets existence will make everybody a know-it-all. Hence all are intelligent and important or all are bimbos. What difference does it really make? If you have a job, you pretty much made it.

In the first para, you missed the point. Read my comment below to Kiran Nayudu if you think that all masala actresses are bimbos.
Secondly, I can tell you that the existence of the internet does not rule out the 'natural selection' process. It is true that the internet will help someone who is intellectually weaker to be in par with someone who is not. But once everyone uses the internet, the game changes.
For example, books were present before the internet. The invention of writing should have made everyone par with each other. Did it? did the invention of the telegraph do it? Nope. The reason being, the actual game you play to survive changes. ( I am an Information Theorist. I deal with questions on intelligence, algorithms everyday. So excuse if it seems a bit high funda to you. )
more the beautiful the better it is... women love gossip than reality work... lol... that has been proved... show me a solid women interested in career... not the boring types u see.. please not the ones who hv no life.. or joined a IVY league.. there is more to life than joinign IVY league...
