My father
by rohit handa on Jun 21, 2009 10:21 AM

my father is the best and inspirational person in my life and for others.
he is having a routine of getting up in the morning (4:00 a.m.). He do most of the works which if we try and do, we will fail or we will get tired of doing so.

He is the one because of whom, we are where right now, He never thought of that by doing so many work he is loosing his share of enjoyment of life. He did all for us never bothered about his own life.

thank you dad, for all the happiness and enjoyment you have provided to us.

I am thankful to God that he has given me a father who is caring, friendly.

My Friend, I don't know yr history. But always remember one thing, because of your parents only, yr are in this world.

As every religion says that biggest gift a person have is his PARENTS and no father / mother, thinks or do injustice to their beloved children.

Today, we have every kind of facilities and though we use to complain on everything.

But imagine those days of our parents, where there were no enough money, no electricity,No Bikes, phone, and computer but against all this they gave us a good and a respectable like.

Hope you will realizes, when u becomes father.

Sorry, if I hurt you or anyone.

Father's day is a Hallmark Holiday
by wizardo id on Jun 21, 2009 07:44 AM  | Hide replies

somewhere dwn the line, greeting card manufacturers gained enough importance that they started the "special" days to boost their card sales. they'd make ads to say that you are an idiot if you have not greeted that special person with a card/ bouquet/ gifts etc!

father's day
mother's day
valentine's day
friendship day
..so on and so forth!

maybe in india we can label it as archie's holidays!

I think we should have a common day for father, mother and friends. Why have different days and spend separately for each of them :-)

I Love you dad

Even at the toughest times, they were dreaming of only educating us as long as we are intrested in studying. He never gets disappointed to go out for work and toil for us. Great to be around him.. so jovial and lovable.. All of us have studied now enough.. But My parents are even now so eager to educate us..The level of energy has not decreased and never got fed up with that..they are not tired of educating for last 20 years.. I thank you God for giving my father...and my mom.

We were from a very poor family. At school I was a average student. However I was the first in my whole family to go abroad for work. Before departing from Sahar airport Mumbai my father told me , what ever you earn, learn the local language, it will remain with you forever. From Malaysia I was fortunate enought to be posted in France, Japan, & Taiwan. Today back in India, I earn more in my free time as part time interpreter for French -> Japanese -> Mandarin and of course English. Although my job was in the line of fire during this recession, I still managed to keep the bank balance intact. I was busy & I know I will be for very long time. THANK YOU DAD,

i am from small village where study was no any important for all. But my dad told me when i was hardly 4 or 5 years that you have to study and admitted me in class-1. after that..... my father's dream came success cos I am the first graduate girl from my village. Papa you left me 13 years before but your love and blessing felt by me every minute of life cos today I consider myself as happiest person in the world. though I am not at high post but i am very-very satisfied what i have today.
