Daddy are too busy controlling kids. That make things worse. Best way any parent handle children is be thier friend. Try to support them in whatever children want to achieve. This creat very strong bond. Also we should teach children to work since childhood. Train them to think different ways of serving human needs, being sensitive to others. that would help kid more than any memorising books.
If fathers want their children to exactly reflect themselves or their own ambitions of themselves wich they could never realise , it is not good for anyone either for father or for his daughter/son. It is known as pygmalian complex. Rather dads should realise ,there will always be a generation gap, however forward looking "dads" may be. Fathers if all they have time and talent ,they should find out the latent talent in their children and shall try to hone their skills. They shall try to encourage the natural,inborn skills of their sons and daughters.
