Home loan Transfer
by DEVAKUMAR on Nov 04, 2013 04:54 AM

Sir,

I have taken a housing loan of Rs.10,70,000 at 2009 from HDFC and built the house, due to the material and labour cost had exceed the building cost. Hence, I could not follow up my EMI properly on regular basis & there are some cheque bounces, which I have settled all my dues with penalties. At present I am an NRI, employed at Dubai-UAE, my NRI/NRO salary is being credited in icici bank for the past two years, and maintaining my loan repayment track correctly from Jan-2013. I requested icici bank to takeover my housing loan, they have done all the process and formalities, at the final stage they rejected my loan application. I checked my CIBIL on-line my out standing loan amount is Rs.9,92,411 & the score is 783.

Kindly advise is there any possiblities for me to get loan from any bank.
Expecting the favor of your reply.

Deva
