It is well planned move.Dont think angrrez dont know what happens in Australia. they want to get indians in canadian/etc univs, firstly it stall the best indians to do anything useful in india, videshis know how to eventually USES up OR waste best indians in videsh. secondly, australia does not want too many indians because powerful indians forces will be eventually be able to reach that land to protect indian in case they desire to have their own state. thus Auz want to cut down the numbers. This is why Auz-Nz make peace with china and have been adopting them, marry them to convert or have them in bigger positions. Similar strategy exists for africas. those are occupied lands. such thing cannot happen in Americas which are far seas. Videshi in canada know hidden racism.
fools will spend money go there, study there, then those red necks and white necks will make them end up as janitors or people with low menial jobs. instead, save yor money and do something in your own desh. it is growing.
Indian Universities have own standard & most of the Indian Unversities are as par with the reputed universities of the Globe.
Many Rich & dull Indian students are going to Countries like Australia, canada, UK, China etc. only to study in some third graded private universities for the sake of a foreign Degrees.
These degrees have no value neither in India nor in those countries...

I read your comment and what i would suggest you is that why don't you try to get admission in university of toronto and then tell all of us about your standards.
It would be the same story. After Australia ppl will start lining up for Canada. A day will soon come when there will be more indians in canada than the canadians and the what happened in Australia will repeta there. I don't blame indian students going abroad for studies, but it is also true that not all who go there study in good universities. they just want a stamp in their passport , that's it..If india really has to make progress. the govt must act , else India will remain as it is forever.
