poor people don't have money to spend for buying clothes to cover their bodies. Some rich and middle class also act as if they don't have money to buy clothes to cover their bodies.
I feel modesty in dressing will solve 99% of sexual assault and other related problems. There will be improvement in studying atmosphere in colleges, % of boys excelling in their studies will improve.Above all girls will earn respect by not projecting themselves as a thing for sexual pleasure. By showing off girls demean themselves and become a sexual object.
