yes. Either the finance company has to be registered one or whatever payment you are making to the financier should be by cheque, giving full details of money and interest. The financier should give you receipt fo the amount with PAN no.

Which NBFC gives for 7.5%? Joking ? When banks are giving 8 % interest rate, who like to lend for 7.5% with a risk. Good joke.
