by sunil kumar rajrapu on Jun 09, 2009 11:20 AM  | Hide replies

Hello!

I have 2 queries:
1. I am working for voluntary organization. I have paid the tax last year with the help of my company. Since, i resigned to my job, i need to pay the tax. Can you please explain me the process of paying the tax?

2. i am going to purchase a flat this year by taking a loan from the bank. I am going to take loan partially and pay partial amount from my savings. Will i get any tax benefits in this process either in the loan or in my tax payments. My current gross is Rs 20,000 per month. However, there is a PF deduction around Rs. 3700

PPF Account
by nitin nayyar on Jun 08, 2009 06:16 PM

Hi,

I am a tax paying citizen. My mother is a house wife & non earning and has a Pan card.

I have a ppf account. Is it possible to open another a/c on my mothers name , with me as a nominee and I deposit that amount in that ppf account for her.

This is not for tax saving purpose but for additional savings.

Please let me know if this is possible.

Indian Taxation Laws are National Disgrace...
by Jas on Jun 08, 2009 02:11 PM  | Hide replies

They are meant to:
1. Make everything as complex as possible.
2. Benefit the middle-men like tax consultants and accountants.
3. Keep you dependent on govt. clerks.

Can you file your tax returns on your own? NO. Why? Because taxation laws are made such.
