Its simple. Just talk with your partner. Have an emotional bonding and then go on with the act. Once you are confident with ur partner, your fears should cease to bother you.
I usually have the same problems after my marriage. But found a solution. I masturbate one hour before having sex. Then take Dinner and go out for a walk. This helps me in retaining my ejaculation. And give me more pleasure while having sex. Hope this will help.

Masturbate will not give any problems. Rather than that you must eat good food as well as drink juices and milk regularly. Coz sperm also need to grow. For its growth me must take proper diet for it.
