sounds like a typical grad school project a desi would do to get out of grad school....the prof then decides to put all that data and interviews in a book....knowing desi mentality..im pretty sure all the interviews are fake...the student probably interviewed himself and his room mates 100 times each just to finish the project

It is these ABCD's who have facilitaed the outsourcing of jobs to India. Give them some credit for making India more prosperous.

not exactly ABCDs but the expats who have gone thr have facilitated in outsourcing. i.e., people educated in India and moved thr for a job....ABCDs are their children or grandchildren who have an affinity to India but are not responsible for outsourcing.... get ur facts straight. p.s. not blaming ABCDs for anything just that what you said was wrong

there is nothing called ABCD... these are media created definitions and movies made which also catches fancies of people like you ... these guy are never confused of being indians or settling in india.. they know they are americans and natively indians, and thats about it ... they have their own community and even if they look for an "indian" partner or friends, its another of the so called "ABCD" ... none of us.. including the Indian born working abroad... its stupid and unfair to firstly drasg them calling "INDIANS" when they never asked for it or played any part for india... (i pay taxes, vote, lodge FIRs, get vocal on media, not them and they dont need to as well) and then we term them as "CONFUSED" .. they arent confused at all, they know they get their stuff cheap in india if they ever come here, but thats about it.... IT IS WE WHO ARE CONFUSED ... CONFUSING OURSELVES AND OTHERS WHO HEAR US... CALLING THE CONFUSED DESIS...
Nothing intresting abt this article both the interviewer and the interviewee going round and round in circles ....waste of my time reading this boring interview there are so many intersting things about Indian Americans but nothing mentioned
