HR by the consultant, Influence, and head weight HR managers who think their company is dignified. All boils down to money and commission from the CEO to the last person and lay off when in problem.
All showoff on work culture, Process, state of art is just like ads because in all companies it is the people from same
country and mindset. We are the same set of selfish people across country. Companies are ready to spend months together and money in search of candidate instead of training.
Your book may be good for academic purpose and is just one aspect of the interview when all other are matched with the interviewer and HR (state , language , which consultancy , Whose influence ) Thanks for book for all situation when all above criteria is not met and you have little luck.
We have the bad communicator getting promotions always .
As a professional recruiter all I can say is that ,recruiter does not have time or patience to go through covering letters when he has to go through hundreds of mails in outlook and other cv 's from consultants
It is a lame effort by Rediff to sell some books and make some bucks. Making the bucks is not the problem, but are Rediff's other stories also similarly motivated. High time Rediff understood itself what it stands for.

Ur communication skills and command over written english, including perfection or otherwise, in spelling out the words show that the book has not had any good effect on you despite being a good book....It means you are utterly sick at english....hahahahha

It is not question of being positive or negative. Neither has it had any intent to target individuals. The critic is primarily to raise some eye brows on commercial sense with which the book has been projected.

such books will help only if we keep the SMS culture to SMS only. The first impression about any write-up, be it a presentation, e-mail or a projet report is conveyed through its quality. Words like "ppl", "ur" etc. and spelling everything in lower case conveys a bad impression.
Maybe, it is time for us to get back to the basics taught in school before even embarking to learn effective communication from such books.

There are somany peoples who don't no english very well like me. If the book helps to upgrade the level then that credit goes to the book "u r hired". lot's of people may be brilliant like you but just think dear... abt us.
