I have severe pain in my both shoulder and neck. Is there any exercise which can cure this. I am getting treated in HOSMAT bangalore since last 6 month and probliem is since last 3 years.
Their is a common misperception about yoga that its purpose is to make your body solid and cure disease. The truth is these are side benefits. Actual purpose of yoga, particularly pranayam is to know our true nature. Feel the inner love and know oneself. Once we know the reality within, that give us immense strength and intelligence. Since most of our brain power is wasted without inner knowing. Also relationship, self expression become more pure and smooth. Thats why you see so much light on the face of a true Yogi. But problem in india is, people are very lezy. they want shortcut. Dont want to practice hard and learn the best technique of yoga, just keep fooling around. In america every where you find yoga, buddhist meditation. Why ? They understand how helpful it is if we want to win in outer life and inner life. There is no shortcut in life for true happiness.
Right now they earn money and have a good health that is ok but when they turn 60 then the real ife begun for them there should be someone who should care of them. Life will be tough after 60.
