Does it really maater. I have seen in may company many recruiters who are dam bothered about the quality of resources. More ever if they find any candidate who is too good to be recrited, then smetimes they feel insecure for their jobs and never recruite those people. This is very true in IT industry where people never recruit good people just beacuse they themselves feel insecure.

why u criticise govt job? i m sure u cant get one! if u dont know the work culture of a govt organisation, just keep shut. dont cram what u hear from others. govt ppl work more than the corporate ppl (what is known as 'baniya ki naukri') govt job is more respectable, more demanding and more ethical...if u take it as a challenge. the corporate job is all about pleasing "baniya"..as u have written..
