"all-purpose *over*"? "pre-heated *over*"? If these typos are there in the original book itself, then the editor should be shot. If they're a result of Rediff mangling the text while putting it online, which frankly wouldn't surprise me one bit, then Rediff's editors (if they even have any) deserve the same treatment. Morons.
