Sir,I am ARIN,indian currently in USA on J1 visa.I am planning to take admission for MBA.My j1 visa will expire on 4th December,2010.And if i will apply to change the status into F1,will i be able to travel to india with the acceptance letter from DHS?or i will have to apply for the F1 visa to the us consulate in india?
I have completed my b tech india 2009.i am legal resident alien of usa is the procedure for admissions in ms program different from those who apply as international students apart from visas and stuff.
I rejected on 3rd aug. The VO asked me the que Why long island university? I answered that Long island uni is a 8th largest private uni... very few uni offers the courses like medical microbiology, biology of cancer and radioactivity.... then VO asked me other uni also offers this type of courses. then i told him other thing is also responsible...then he stoped me and told me good bye i refused yr visa bcoz of english proficency,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,then i say k sir.thank you..have a nice day....
bt i dont knw why he gave me the reason of english proficency....my TOEFL is 100...my study in english medium...... i m going 2nd time on 14th aug.... what they ask? and if they asked me what wil happened 1st time?
