I am financial Adviser and want to buy a Scooter; why should I go dealer and not to direct company like bajaj, hero honda its very chipper. If I bought maruti car from my car dealer in city I have to pay Rs.2,10,000/-. Dealers commission may be more Rs.10000/- to 25000/-. If government do like SEBI that our we have to pay commission to dealer (you can imagine all product) then what happens? This is Ridiculous decision (may be self) by Mr. Bhave. Inverter don't know what type of charges asset management company charge and deduct from NAV every day. (This charges reflect direct from NAV never known by Inverter(even some of adviser don't know that how amc charge their fee) The example of difference of Rs.9102/- is not balancing. There are more then 35 AMC and more then 1200 MF schemes in available in India. All AMC advertise that our fund is best invest in this and if you see today dated 08/09/2009 one year return for best diversified MF is 39% and worst MF is -47.7% . If inverter invest Rs.100000/- then his investment is Rs.139000/- and may be Rs. 61000/-. Choice is investor's that he wants to take advice and pay Rs.2000/- now which may be Rs.9102/- or without advice loose money. (Its happens some of MF advisers make money and give advise to those AMC who offer them more commission.) This is my personal opinion. I have already stop selling ulip's before 1 and half year. but now I am thinking about this. Readers comments are Acceptable.
